What Your Child Will Learn:
- How to understand their thoughts and speak to themselves with belief
- The foundations of calm, confidence, and mind-body balance
- How the conscious and subconscious mind work — plus brainwave basics
- How to use affirmations and set meaningful, fun goals
- How to bring their inner world to life with a vision board, goal card, and power avatar
