How The Journey Goes


Day 1: Mind Magic
Kids learn about the conscious and subconscious mind and how their thoughts shape feelings and actions.


Day 2: Brainwave States and Affirmations
They explore brainwave states, learn their importance and impact on life, and create affirmations for confidence and calm.


Day 3: Inner Power Avatar Creation
Kids discover their strengths, learn how to analyse self talk, and design a visual representation of their empowered selves.


Day 4: Basics of Manifestation Magic
They learn the ABCs of manifestation and create a unique vision board, anchored in gratitude practice.


Day 5: Goal Setting + Confidence Activation
Kids set meaningful, doable goals and build belief by voicing them with confidence.


Day 6: Future Self Building + Conclusion
A powerful integration day focused on reflection, sharing, and celebrating their growth with a powerful closing activity
